In a collective environment like the company, what you do is not necessarily seen by your supervisor, but by your colleagues, cooperative classmates, and even the sweeping aunt. So what you do is transparent, your supervisor is very clear about your work situation, whether you have emotions, whether you are saturated, if he doesn't look for you, maybe he gave up on you, and you basically don't have many opportunities. Therefore, you have to look at everything from the perspective of a leader. It feels like you always have a pair of eyes on you.
