The default behavior of the CentOS operating system is that every time you double-click a folder, it will be opened in a new window, and the opened folder does not have the back/up button like windows, and there is no specific path to the folder. If a folder has a deep path, it will take n many windows open to find what you want in the end. This problem can also be changed by setting, as follows:
Open the file browser and click Edit→ Preferences , in the pop-up File Management Preferences window, select the Behavior tab, select Always open in browser windows , and click Close.
In this way, double-clicking to open the folder window looks very different from before. The long-lost forward/backward/up buttons appear, and you can switch the display mode of the path by clicking a button above.
In addition, double-clicking the folder with the mouse wheel can open the folder without popping up a new window, which is very strange mouse behavior.
