    When eclipse is stuck or crashes, and the Tomcat that has been started at this time is not closed. Then when you restart eclipse, you cannot start Tomcat, and an error will be reported to tell you that the address already exists (has been referenced) or the port is occupied.
    Solution: Open the Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete), find the javaw.exe process, and click End Process.
