I was using Win8.1 before, and I entered Chinese on some software, but a question mark was displayed. It was useless to change the input method, and I didn't care too much at that time. After upgrading to Win10, it was still the same. The same software can display Chinese normally on other Win8.1/Win10 computers. This shows that it is a problem with my computer. I searched today and found that many people have encountered such a problem.
The following is the solution, which has been tested and available:
Click on the control panel, and then delete all languages and input methods other than the Chinese input that you use, and then try again. If you can input Chinese, you can add "English (United States)" appropriately.
