1. Departmental letter management
Departmental letter refers to the letter whose recipient is a department. Click on the departmental letter from the left management menu to enter.
admin can manage all department letters, other users can manage department letters of their own departments.
2. Personal letter management
Personal letter refers to the letter whose recipient is the administrator user, click Personal Letter from the left management menu to enter.
admin can manage all personal letters, other users can manage their own personal letters.
3. Other correspondence management
Other letters refer to letters without a designated recipient, click on other letters from the management menu on the left to enter.
4. Forwarding Letters
The user can transfer the letter to other departments or individuals for processing, and the system will record the transfer record of the letter.
Note: Only one letter can be forwarded at a time.
Select the letter to be forwarded and click the "Transfer" button.
Select the department or individual to be transferred, and click the "Transfer" button.
5. Handle letters
Select the letter to be processed, and then click the "Apply button".
Note: Only one letter can be processed at the same time.
After entering the results, click the "Finish" button.
6. Delete the letter
Select the letter you want to delete and click the "Delete" button.
Tip: Multiple messages can be deleted at the same time.
In order to prevent misoperation, the system will prompt the user whether to delete, click "OK" to complete the deletion operation.
