Change the lock screen background image

When windows locks the screen, it will read the custom picture, the picture path:

C:\Windows\System32\oobe\info\backgrounds

 

If not, you will find the default picture that comes with Windows when the screen is locked:

C:\Windows\System32\oobe\background.bmp

 

Just to add, the same goes for the background image when the system is off
