kubernetes utility api list

Collect and sort out some of the more commonly used APIs, which may be used in combination with kubernetes' automation system and monitoring.

Note: The json involved in the POST method is the data body sent.

Note: Delete the replication controller, the corresponding pod will not be deleted in cascade, you need to manually call pod delete to delete the corresponding pod (slightly uncomfortable~)
