Collection of Python usage problems

Question 1:

          

pip install py-stringsimjoin error: INCLUDE environment variable is empty

 

          When using pip install xxxx in the Window7 environment, the above problem is reported:

 

          solution:

                    After downloading, install VCForPython27.msi (download address: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=44266 ), and then reinstall it.
