The solution for the same zabbix alarm time and recovery time

Reason:
In the action and recovery operation, the recovery time becomes {EVENT.DATE} {EVENT.TIME}, so it is the same as the alarm time.

Solution:
Change {EVENT.DATE}{EVENT.TIME} to {EVENT.DATE}{EVENT.RECOVERY.TIME}
