Remote connection to MYSQL prompts Host is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

When connecting to mysql remotely, the following error message is prompted:

1130 Host is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

Generally speaking, this kind of error message is caused by not having permission to add a remote connection. There are many online methods.

But there is another situation, which is not explained in various online posts, and that is port conflict.

If port 3306 is already occupied and you are using the zip version of mysql, the above error will also be prompted when connecting remotely.
