When installing java8, executing the first step reported an error of sudo:add-apt-repository:command not found.
After finding the solution, when executing the command: add-apt-repository, software-properties-common is required in addition to python-software-properties.
Execute: sudo apt-get install softw are-properties-common can be solved.
