1.help ->Install New Software -> add ->https://otto.takari.io/content/sites/m2e.extras/m2eclipse-mavenarchiver/0.17.2/N/LATEST
PS: Before clicking next, add eclipse Uncheck the option Contact all update sites during install to find required software in the lower right corner of the Install window.
2. Always next confirm to install the update prompt to restart eclipse and then right-click the project maven update project
