Russian court bans Telegram
Kremlin spokesman Dmitri S. Peskov stressed that "there is a regulation that requires certain data to be handed over to certain services of the Russian Federation". Telegram lawyer Pavel Chikov warned that "Russia has already shown that the court system is committed to serving the interests of government authorities.
