2. Import the ca certificate to the mobile phone
( 1) Transfer the certificate to the mobile phone
You can use the mobile phone assistant, WeChat assistant, etc.
(2) Import the certificate as shown in the figure:

3. Configure the parameters on the mobile phone
(1) First, ensure that the mobile phone and the computer are on the same network
( 2) Configure the PC (notebook) parameters. To know the ip address of the computer (of course, this computer is the computer where fiddler is installed), the ip address of the computer can be queried by cmd, input ipconfig, or found in ipv4 in the network share, mine is 192.168.103.53, and
you need to know the port number of fiddler , Tools->TelerikFiddler Options->Connections, the middle value of port is the port number, usually 8888 by default; Check CaptureHTTPS CONNECTs, click Actions,
check Decrypt HTTPS traffic and Ignore servercertificate errors, click OK (the first click will pop up whether Trust the fiddler certificate and security prompt, just click yes), as shown in the figure:
Configure fiddler to allow remote connections:
Click Tools->TelerikFiddler Options->Connections in the previous window, check allow remote computers to connect, the default listening port is 8888 (Fiddler listens on port is the port number in the figure below), if the port is occupied, you can Set to other, restart fiddler after configuration, as shown below:
After clicking Finish, the PC side configuration is complete
