How to apply an existing style

Several sets of styles are preset in the product, and users can directly select the appropriate style to apply to the report cells to quickly beautify the appearance of the report.

Through the application of styles, the report can be well "ruled", so that each part of the report, such as title, subtitle, table header, data area, table footer, etc., has a clear style, so that the browser can express the expression of each part. The meaning is clear at a glance.

sample mode

When entering a global style or style library, the sample sheet mode is displayed first. The default displayed sample sheet can be set in the style management.

When you need to apply the style of a cell in the sample sheet, move the mouse into the cell to display the style name, apply button, view button, and transfer button to display the floating box for users to use at any time.

Apply: Use this button to apply the style of the current cell to the range of report cells selected by the mouse.

View: Using this button, users with style management rights can view and modify the current style properties.

Transfer: By default, the style applied in the report cell only saves the name. When the style attribute changes in the style management, the report will automatically display the new attribute effect. When you don't want the report to change automatically with the change of style attributes, you can dump the current style.

Advanced Mode

You can switch to Advanced Mode from Style Library or Global Style Style Sheet Mode, and Advanced Mode can also switch to Style Sheet Mode.

The user only needs to select the cell whose style needs to be set, enter the keyword of the desired style in the style library or the global style, and select the desired style to set.

For example, in the figure below, the blue-style report style is mainly used.

You can also search for different styles of effects based on keywords such as "title" and "header".
