Execution plan talk

Using the execution plan of pl/sql today, I found that the authority was insufficient, and it was already the authority of the DBA. After searching for a long time, I found that it was caused by the nested table in the view. Tables are owned by other users and do not have permission to access them. Record it here. There is even a case where the view sets the view. Simply helpless.
