An introduction to vsftpd software
vsftpd is used on a variety of UNIX and Linux systems. vsftpd, also known as very secure ftp daemon, is a secure, fast, and stable FTP server capable of efficiently handling large numbers of concurrent connections.
Two vsftpd software features
- Provides a secure architecture that executes each task individually based on the task's least privilege requirements.
- Supports virtual IP configuration, which can be used to establish multiple FTP servers in the domain with an IP address provided.
