In CENTOS, the newly installed minimal version of LINUX may prompt ifconfig: command not found.
One of the possible solutions is: CENTOS 7 may have deprecated the ifconfig command in favor of ip addr.
Check the CENTOS version command: cat /etc/redhat-release.
