Adminer is a MySQL administration client similar to phpMyAdmin. There is only one PHP file for the whole program, which is easy to use and install. Adminer supports multiple languages (11 translation language files have been provided, and you can translate the corresponding language according to your own needs). Support PHP4.3+, MySQL 4.1+ and above.
