Navicat import txt file Chinese garbled problem solving

 

 The solution is as follows:

       The default encoding of the TXT file is ANSI before, and it is saved as a text file encoded as UTF-8. Chinese characters can be seen in the import box of navicat!

      If the problem still cannot be solved, check the properties of the database and uncheck the "Use mysql character set" option  ; in addition, change the encoding in the options in the table design to general utf-8; select 65001 (UTF-8 in "Encoding") 8) .
