Troubleshooting ideas for slow shutdown of Mac OS Sierra

System version 10.12.1

Before the system shutdown was very fast, very normal, I don't know when it will start, the white apple light on the lid will be on for a long time after shutdown. After I couldn't bear it any longer, I went to the Apple Experience Store to ask for help. After the clerk helped check the hardware, it was confirmed that there was no problem with the hardware. So the clerk suggested to reinstall the system. One is that he has no backup, and the other is that he still refuses to reinstall. Just left the Apple Store.

Internet access data analysis, shutdown and restart is slow, mainly due to software compatibility issues. According to the current computer installation software, it is suspected to be Photoshop, which is excluded. Then I suspected Parallels Desktop and ruled it out.

The train of thought turned to the console to analyze the log

 again and failed again.

Finally, when I checked the system file directory, I found that there is a startup startup item setting under the directory /Library/LaunchDaemons , and then I thought that it would be very fast if I didn't enter the desktop to restart before. So I wanted to check the startup item files one by one. After I deleted the MySQL startup items, I turned it on, restarted, and was overjoyed. Finally, I found the reason why my computer was shut down and restarted slowly: MySQL and the system version conflict!
