E life data - mobile phone traffic API
1: Access process: Query mobile phone data recharge products > create an order > pay for an order.
2: The order is successful, please complete the payment within 30 minutes, otherwise you must place a new order.
3: Order payment interface, see the payment API in the [Order API] group for details.
4: Notification of order recharge status change, you can use the message service, please refer to the message service description for details .
5: It is recommended to use the SDK for development, see the SDK instructions for details
