Learning for software developers

  
   First of all, the learning of software developers, I think, is no longer the main purpose of the exam itself.
   Most software developers work in companies. And the company faces the question of how to grow. This in turn has to do with the type of company, the situation the company faces, and whether the company leadership can think correctly . The growth of the company affects the thinking and development of software developers.
   Learning is sometimes active and sometimes passive. Active learning is often based on thinking. So think correctly, master scientific learning methods, and persevere in thinking and learning, and finally make thinking and learning a habit. An organization and individual that can think and learn. The development power it contains is also huge.
    The learning of software developers must be ahead of the development of the organization and surpass the internal technical height of the organization. Then, some developers should ask: I am very busy every day, where do I get time to learn? How should I study? Is it enough to just read?
In fact, the answer to all these questions is only two words: think!
    Under the premise of thinking, there will be more in-depth problems unconsciously. How do I get ahead? How do I go beyond? How should I read? My answer is as follows:
    1. Don't limit your vision to one organization. You can participate in some community activities in different aspects. More importantly, you can participate in community activities with knowledge, thinkers who dare to share, and a good atmosphere. For example, software developers can also participate in some community activities in psychology and entrepreneurship. Be good at summarizing, communicating, and thinking!
    2. Dare to lead the development of the organization to learn, or even be a leader of the organization, whether it is famous or not, in short, learning is to dare to lead. cannot be satisfied with the status quo. It can even be considered that the meaning of learning is no longer in your own sense, but in the sense of learning for an organization and a wider range. Reading for the rise of China, this sentence was said by Premier Zhou, what courage this sentence has! And the value of learning can also be shown!
    3. I think reading, we must first think , we must think deeply. It doesn't matter how many times you read a book without thinking. Pencil and paper, I personally think that they are very important conditions when reading. Reading to a certain stage, will think, will form different themes. Following this, thematic reading will take place. To learn to effectively and systematically connect knowledge. Think creatively about problems from different perspectives.
    4. I am usually very busy at get off work and tired after work. I want to rest when I get home. How do I solve this situation, first of all have to think proactively. Don't let your day go by in plain sight. Take the initiative and continue to create some happy moments, peak moments . Don't let your day be boring. My way of improving is to take an hour out of get off work to go for a run and feel the pinnacle of exercise. This way, after get off work, you won't be very tired. Study, work and rest will be very efficient.
   5. No time to study. As far as learning itself is concerned, it is always the most important thing , and of course there are many ways to learn. Reflect more and ask "why" more, and you will often find the answer to your question. Before I used the Pomodoro method, I was very tired at work, was inefficient, and worked a lot of overtime. After using the Pomodoro method, overtime is gradually reduced.
   6. Apply what you have learned and have a goal in your study. I mentioned in the annual review of agile individuals organized by Mr. Zhou Jingen that the state at that time, like the state of swimming, will fall if you don't swim. No goal is the case. More specific goals are the specific problems we face.
