Yesterday, there was a user feedback page operation error in the production environment. According to the screenshot sent by the user, the error information is as follows:
This message has never been seen before, and it doesn't seem to be caused by a JS error. It is more like an exception thrown when requesting from the server, and cannot be reproduced in a production simulation environment. After thinking about it, I couldn't figure it out, and in desperation, I thought of turning to google for help.
There are many people who have encountered this problem, but they have not clearly stated that it has been solved. After reading several answers, I feel that the more reliable statement is related to firewall. Later, I saw a question and answer on Tomcat-User, and finally I saw an answer that was more like that:
Usually this happens due to the web service inadvertently submitting an attack / illegal signature due to - Header size, number of headers, restricted header type, restricted verb or and body size.
Speak with the guys that manage the F5, give them the message ID and they will pin point the exact issue in the F5 logs.
However, I didn't know that F5 was a god horse. . I communicated with the DM that the problem may be related to the firewall. When he mentioned F5, he was stunned for a moment: "F5"?
It turned out that F5 Balance had just been deployed the day before, and it did have a firewall on it. So we contacted the relevant TS, and the feedback we got confirmed our judgment.
Above, this strange problem has been solved, and it is recorded here.
