Description Monitor file exception
Need to modify the listener.ora file
Specifically, add the following information to SID_LIST:
(SID_DESC =
      (GLOBAL_DBNAME = oracle)
      (ORACLE_HOME = e:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1)
      (SID_NAME = oracle)
)
