Suppose you want to import an Account data into the C4C system.
Work center Data Workbench, work center view Import, click download metadata:
A compressed package will be downloaded to the local.
Enter the folder Templates, and maintain the data details of the Account to be uploaded in it.
Re-type the maintained excel into zip, and then enter the Import work center view to upload:
The successfully uploaded tasks will be observed later in the monitor view:
And receive an email notification that the import was successful:
This Account created on 2017-11-14 can be searched on the UI:
