One-click installation of WEB environment_How to make the website accessible

Description:
1. The flexible WEB hosting used in the past has an FTP account and a database account. It is OK to upload the website program directly with filezilla.
2. The ECS win2008 opened yesterday, because there is no FTP account provided on the server panel, so I installed a one-click web environment.
3. After the database and FTP account are established, I still can't connect with filezilla.
3. Then I directly copy the website program to the web directory, bind and parse the external network IP, the website still cannot be opened, where did I set it wrong?

4. Both phpwind and website port are 80. Is there any conflict?
