There are many JDK installation and configuration environment variables on the Internet. I will not repeat that
eclipse and tomcat are downloaded as a compressed package and can be used directly.

Toolbar Window——Preferences——Open Server——Select Runtime Environment——Click Add——Select Apache Tomcat 8.0——Click Next——Click Browse to select the directory where tomcat is decompressed——Click Finish——Click below Servers window - click the blue word link (or right-click - New - Server) - select Tomcat v8.0 Server - click Finish
