I can ping the server, but cannot connect remotely. I suspect that the remote service is not enabled.
Just entered, the service sshd start command, the result shows: ssh:unrecognized service.

You enter service ssh status and it displays unrecongnized srevice, indicating that the ssh service is not enabled on your computer, otherwise it will display ssh start/running, process 5382, what linux are you using, ubuntu should be started with /etc/init.d/ssh restart ssh service, other linux you can Baidu, roughly the same
