jupyter specifies the default open path

Jupyter notebook is very easy to use, but you always open the default path, such as your own working directory. If you want to set it as the open path, you can set it like this:
On the command line, go to the working directory, such as c:\learnpython

jupyter The notebook
is then opened to automatically transfer the directory path to this directory.
