What does TL;DR mean in English articles

When reading articles in English, I occasionally find subtitles showing  TL;DR  or  tl;dr . There are two kinds of English explanations on the Internet, one is Too long;Don't readand the other is Too long;Didn't read. It means: "The article is too long to read further".

Abstract title commonly used in long English texts, showing the  essence  or  summary of the entire article  .
