[Tool installation and use] [Apache] debugging notes --- installation prompt is not an administrator login

Phenomenon:

Install Apache on windows 10, prompt not administrator
(OS 5)拒绝访问。 : AH00369: Failed to open the Windows service manager, perhaps you forgot to log in as Adminstrator?

The strange thing is that I am logged into the system as an administrator.

Open cmd window is not administrator privileges

Solution:

Right-click to execute as administrator when running cmd

This will install normally
