First determine if you are PUA:

If the judgment is over, you are PUA, what should you do?
1) Treat him like a fart, pretend to be deaf, and work hard. Work is based on performance. If you complete the work with high quality and are willing to take the initiative to undertake some work (of course you cannot take the initiative to undertake chores), then it is basically fine, and the supervisor will generally not engage you again. 2) Learn to leverage, if it is a colleague PUA you, you will borrow the power of your supervisor. If you are the superior PUA, then you should try to manage his expectations and expectations. You should deliver your work with high quality and do not give him the opportunity. At the same time, you can try to understand the motivation and mind of the supervisor.
After all, you are in charge of PUA, there must be a reason, not just idle shit.
