[Solution] Unable to connect to MKS: Too many socket connection attempts are giving up

My Computer -> Right Click -> Manage -> Services and Applications -> Services:

Enable the following services:

After the service starts successfully, restart the virtual machine;

Or suspend the virtual machine first, and continue to run the suspended virtual machine after the service starts;
