1 trigger = 'interval' , seconds = 10 If the job itself needs to execute for 20 seconds, then if you set max_instance = 1, it will cause each job to wait 10 seconds before executing the next job after 20 seconds of execution. If mas_instance >1 (set enough), then the next job will be executed 10 seconds after the first job starts executing
