About cmd system console reading environment variables at startup

The cmd system console window reads the environment variables at startup and configures it into its own environment. However, if the user modifies the environment variables after starting the cmd console window, the already started cmd console window cannot be sensed. If the environment variable is modified, be sure to test it in a newly launched cmd console window.
