Simple interface operation setting Mysql to allow external network access to the detailed process

1. First download a Navicat for MySQL tool to connect to the database

2. Enter the mysql library

3. Enter and open the user table

4. Modify the host to a custom ip access, or% any address access

5. After confirmation, change the jdbc.url accessed by your project to the ip you specify or any ip to allow external network access!
