I am learning about git recently. Today, I set up a warehouse in linux and want to download the warehouse in linux from the local. So the clone operation was performed with TortoiseGit, as shown in the following figure.
But when I click OK, the problem comes.
I reported the error in the above picture. I have gone to Baidu and googled it. Basically no suitable answer has been found. My TortoiseGit installation has not changed the settings since I successfully installed it. I wonder if this is the problem? So I worked hard in this direction. Finally, I found a solution.
Clicking TortoiseGit here will bring up the settings option, the interface shown in the figure below will appear, click NetWork again.
Among them, the SSH client is what we need to pay attention to. Shown is the default SSH client. Click Browse

After selecting, click Apply and OK. We can use the clone function through SSH normally. As for why, I don't know. If anyone understands it, please leave your comment in the comment section below.
