1. Download the installation package https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/#section=windows (community version is fine)
(Note the Chinese method, download the Chinese package, as shown in the figure, put the file in the lib file of the installation directory)
2. Run the Pycharm new project and set the interpreter to python.exe in the existing local Anaconda3 directory.
You can also set it in settings, click the corresponding gear and then click addlocal
Select the Existing environment of the Conda environment, select the local python.exe, and then PyCharm will automatically update the environment.
