Google platform builds virtual machine

https://console.cloud.google.com/ is free to use for one year, just recently there is a lack of a Centos virtual machine. Vultr's virtual machine is Ubuntu, so I tried to create a Centos 7.1 virtual machine.

After the creation, I found that I am not used to it. I don't allow the root account to be used directly, and I don't allow ssh...

Mark here to modify the process

1. First use the Cloud Shell provided by Google to connect to your own virtual machine, as shown in the figure

2. Then execute the command to link your own virtual machine. The first time you log in, you will be asked to generate an ssh key. Too troublesome, did not continue down

gcloud compute --project "smart-carving-198005" ssh --zone "" ""

3. Open the console directly with the browser

4. Use sudo passwd to change the password

5. su switch to root account

6. Change the ssh configuration file

7. Reboot and you're done.

8. To add, the cheap is not good, the Taiwan server, pinged 30 packets, the packet loss rate was 66%... The transmission rate after turning on BBR
