PDCA principle and Smart principle

Today I learned the PDCA principle and the smart principle. It is very important to do a good job in time management. Let me talk about my understanding.

PDCA

The Ideological Basis and Method Basis of Total Quality Management

P(plan) plan: Design specific methods and programs based on known information

D (do) execution: according to the designed method and scheme, carry out specific operations to realize the content of the plan

C(check) check: looking for feedback on what has been done

A (Action) adjustment: processing after feedback, affirming and standardizing successful experience; summarizing the lessons of failure and attracting attention. For unresolved issues, they should be submitted to the next PDCA cycle for resolution.

Remember: the above process is not over once, but a continuous cycle process

SMART

The Ideological Basis and Method Basis of Total Quality Management

Five principles:

    1. Clarity, achievability, relevance, time limit (use specific language to clarify the standards to be achieved; in the formulation of plans, they can be accepted by themselves, do not exaggerate the standards too much; related to the learning content; time limit)

    2. Measurable (to be clear about how to do it)

So what is the relationship between PDCA and smart?

PDCA is an overall control, from planning to execution, feedback and adjustment at the end, this is a process that goes back and forth!

The Smart principle is the detailed description of PDCA, how each point should be done! The following is a mind map of how I combined the two principles to find a relationship after learning the two principles, please read them! It's not very good, I hope you can give us your opinion! ! !
