Press winky (the key between Fn and Alt) + R key, the run box appears, enter cmd and press Enter.
Click "OK", the DOS window will appear, cd to the path where MySQL is installed, and then use the command:
cd C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin
Enter the command: mysql -u root -p
I get an error Prompt 2003, this is because the MySQL server is not restarted, enter msconfig in [Run].
Open the task manager and check whether the MySQL service is enabled.
