First open the PcbDoc file of the package to be updated (there can be multiple), then open the package library PcbLib file, find the component to be updated in the PCB Library, right-click and select "Update PCB with xxx", the pop-up dialog box is all checked by default. Yes, then click OK, then the corresponding components in the PcbDoc file will be updated. There is no need to delete components from the schematic and add new components to import them into the PCB!
