Step 1: Go to the official website to download the swig compressed package http://www.swig.org/index.php
Step 2: Download the compressed package for pcre-build.sh
Address : https://ftp.pcre.org/pub/pcre/
I downloaded pcre-8.40.tar.bz2.
Copy pcre-8.40.tar.bz2 to the root directory of swig (swig-3.0.12),
rename pcre-8.40.tar.bz2 to pcre-8.40.tar,
enter the root directory of swig, and execute ./Tools/pcre -build.sh
execute ./autogen.sh
./configure
make
sudo make install in sequence
