Simulink does not permit you to build programs in the MATLAB installation area. Please change to a working folder that is not in the MATLAB installation area.
Solution: Create a work folder under the MATLAB folder and save the running modle. Open MATLAB and change the Current Folder in the task bar: D:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2010b\work. Then open the modle you want to run under the work and run it
