It is said that the Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service occupies the port, so
Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services - Find the Internet Connection Sharing service, double-click to open it, and select Stop.
Start ActiveMQ again successfully.
Note: Since netsh wlan start hostednetwork is often used to start virtual wifi in the dormitory, this may be the reason. However, after starting the virtual wifi, the attempt to start ActiveMQ succeeded. The specific program that caused port 61616 to be occupied is still uncertain.
The bug in the previous 5.9.0 version was also caused by the port being occupied. To start activemq-5.9.0, use the command line activemq start in /bin/win32. troubled for so long. . orz.
