dlib.get_face_chips(rgb_img, faces, size=320) dlib has not attribute get_face_chips

        When python refers to a module for testing, the library called cannot be the same as its own test script name, that is to say, the test script cannot be called dlib.py

Modify it to test_dlib.py, and the same is true for other libraries.
