The old man is really good. I didn't know much at first, he taught me a little bit. I always take special care of me. Sometimes even if other colleagues made mistakes in their work, he would criticize a little bit, and afterward he would secretly ask me if my tone was too heavy.
The resignation was so sudden, I felt a little sorry for him. Especially when he asked me to describe future plans, I struggled for a long time before I said it.
However, the new company is so harsh on entry requirements, and I can't refuse this salary.
