Compile OpenCV 3.4.1 with g++ (tdm64-1) 5.1.0
CMakeLists.txtAfter writing in CLion , I wrote a test program to read pictures. It can be compiled normally, but the CV::imreadfunction cannot read the image (the read image is empty, but no error is reported). After trying my best to search to no avail, set verbose onthere is no clue to debug ( ) with gdb, but I guess it may be related to file access permissions, run CLion as an administrator, and the problem is solved.
The source of this situation is not yet known. Do I run cmd as an administrator when compiling OpenCV?
