1. Create a local repository
2. Open the local warehouse and put the files to be uploaded into the local warehouse.
3. ctrl+p push repository or push under menu bar Repository can also use publish respository in the upper right corner
4. Enter the name and description on the left and click commit to master.
5. The code for logging in to the github web version has been uploaded
6. Enter the warehouse to be deleted and click Settings on the right
Go down to find the last Delete This repository in Danger Zone and click
Enter the warehouse name you want to delete again and confirm it to delete
